America is not Italy; on that much hopefully we can all agree. But this sad fact doesn’t mean that America isn’t full of Italian food. One of the most cherished culinary traditions of the 50 states, every town has at least one Italian restaurant, and your mom, at the very least, probably made spaghetti once in awhile. However! Despite Italian food being available, not all of this food is great.
