When it comes to dinner, I am no chef! But here’s how I made it, just in case..
So for two you need one – zucchini, onion and Yellow Squash
2 tomatoes 🍅- I used Roma, that was what I had, canned tomatoes work the best 😄
1 cup – yellow and red bell peppers
Garlic – as much as you want!
I used Olive oil, you can use any of your choice 😁
For masale (spices) – salt, pepper (black and red), Italian seasoning, parsley, garlic powder and onion powder – Eyeballed everything.. I don’t like complications 😅
I used no boil lasagne sheets from @wholefoods , if your sheets are not “no boil”, gotta boil them first 😜, I prefer these though because again, I like all things easy 😅
For cheese – I used Ricotta, Parmesan and Italian thin cut mozzarella (put as much as you want on every layer – there’s nothing like too much cheese)
