How to cook scaolppine di vitello al Marsala – also known as veal Marsala – the Italian way:
Thin sliced veal cutlets with various Italian herbs will be fried in olive oil together with mushrooms. The heart of the flavours of this meal is the characteristic taste of Marsala wine (from the same named town in Sicily) with its over 17% of alcohol ratio. It will be added while cooking, and the entire alcohol will evaporate.
