Today is a really windy day in San Francisco. Suji felt like blown away from the bus stop where she was waiting for the bus in the afternoon.
Since she got a new Quinoa from fresh farmer’s market, she just wanted to make more recipes here to share with you.
Let’s start it!
Ingredients:
Steamed Quinoa
Lettuce
Caprese Italian Chicken Sausage
Sweet Pepper
Ketchup
Bavarian Mustard
Recipe:
1) Wash Lettuce!
2) Cook Caprese Italian Sausage in the oven for 10 minutes with 350 F
3) Decorate it with Sweet Peppers on the plate!
Suji’s mom already passed away, but she remembered her mom so clearly because she loved cooking too.
