2018 Winderlea Meredith Mitchell Vineyard Pinot noir
Red cherries, raspberries, brambly black-berries, and cranberries immediately jump
from the glass followed by notes of clove, mesquite, and wet cedar. On the palate the
wine shows cherry liqueur, marionberries, Italian plums, earthy wet loam and a hint of
leather. With nice weight and texture, this wine is both approachable while suggesting
its history for aging potential.
