I LOVE Cannoli – I am Sicilian after all. My Cannoli Dip is amazing so I decided to make a Cannoli Cake. This cake is the most delicious cake I have made. It is made with a chocolate sponge cake, cannoli filling, topped with ganache. It is 100% clean keto. Great treat for Mother’s Day.
