How to cook pasta with wild asparagus the Italian way – in this recipe I am highlighting the simple but essential steps to create an extremely delicious and healthy meal. The wild asparagus I bought at the local farners market in Italy and prepared it with extra virgin olive oil. Orecchiette pasta type matches perfectly with it. I topped the pasta with pinenuts. This is a vegan dish.
