How to cook artichokes/carciofi in Sicily Italy. Be sure to wash them first by placing them in a big pot of water. I like to put a tablespoon of sea salt in the water.
Then soak the artichokes/carciofi for about 5 minutes. After that, rinse them off with cold water. Finally, place them in the pressure cooker and set the cooking time to 15 minutes at high temperature.
