“We’re Not just Brats and Cheese!”
Caitlin exclaimed as we toured her beautiful skincare store in Sheboygan.
In this episode, we will be exploring Delafield and Sheboygan, two of Wisconsin’s best-kept secrets.
Delafield was a sleepy small town in lake country that has grown into a beautiful mini-metropolis with high-end boutique shops, exquisite dining, and some of the best lake Country living in the State. Michael Creed sits down with Manley Haines from the Delafield Chamber of Commerce to learn more about this amazing place to call Home.
Sheboygan is home to Trattoria Stefano’s on the main strip downtown. Now Sheboygan used to be an underdeveloped community in the ’90s that has grown into a sophisticated little lake town on the shores of Lake Michigan. Trattoria Stefano’s is an award-winning farm-to-table Italian restaurant owned by Stefano Viglietti. Stefano sits down with Tricia Brost to share how slow cooking has gotten them through the last couple of years and the new stores and restaurants opening this summer.
Caitlin Brotz from Olivu 426 shows Tricia how to make lip balm and how she got her business started. Caitlin has been making handmade skincare products for 20 years and Olivu 426 has fast become a destination for visitors to Wisconsin.
Both Caitlin and Stefano saw the beauty and uniqueness of Sheboygan long before it was “Cool” and they look forward to seeing you next time you visit Wisconsin.
Join us each week as we explore the neighborhoods and communities to raise your family, plant your roots and call it home.
