It was the first time I cooked chicken breast into the pan. Everyone liked it!

Ingredients:
chicken breast – 400 g (14 oz)
salt – 4 g (0.14 oz)
black pepper – 4 g (0.14 oz)
spinach- 50 g (1.76 oz)
prosciutto – 70 g (2.47 oz)
flour – 100 g (3.5 oz)
Fry on both sides for 10 minutes
leek – 1 piece
bell pepper – ½ piece
carrot – 1 piece
mushrooms – 100 g (3.5 oz)
salt – 4 g (0.14 oz)
black pepper – 4 g (0.14 oz)
tomato sauce – 70 g (2.47 oz)
parsley – 15 g (½ oz)
Tray diameter 24 cm (9.45 in)
Cook over low fire with cover for 20 min
