Ingredients
1 cup Basil
1 cup parsley
½ cup mint
2 tbsp gherkins
½ tbsp capers
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
½ tsp Apple cider vinegar – red wine vinegar
4 tbsp olive oil
1/ tsp salt
NOTE: I made double the recipe list
This recipe scales up or down exactly – feel free to make a whole batch for a party etc
