A simple take on my favorite liquor – Campari
The best thing about this cocktail is that it’s perfect for any occasion and especially great for weekend brunch, lunch, or dinner.
Obviously having white Italian sparkling wine is best, but any white wine will do if you have sparkling water available.
It’s an equal ratio of Campari, White wine, and sparkling water.
Ice
1/3 Campari
1/3 White wine
1/3 sparkling water
1 Orange wedge
