Terrazza Montebello is a mountain restaurant, at 6000 ft of elevation in the Italian Alps. It can be reached by a beautiful hike through nature or by taking a chairlift from the town of Foppolo.
The king of their menu is cheese, in particular Furmai de Mut. This unique kind of cheese is produced only in a valley in the province of Bergamo; the milk used comes only from grass-fed local animals.
