3-4 Salmon fillets
1/2 of a lemon
Salt to taste
1/4 of a white onion
5 Cloves of garlic
1 Pint heavy cream
1/2 Cup unsalted butter
3 second pour of white wine
1/4 Cup parsley
1/2 Cup parmigiano reggiano
2 egg yolks
Pinch of nutmeg (You don’t need that much!)
Ground pepper to taste
Olive oil to coat the pan
