Amare is the signature restaurant at the new Swan Reserve hotel, part of the Swan and Dolphin resort. It’s casual upscale mediterranean, the casual in the tasteful dining room, which features spirographic chargers on blond wood tables, and the upscale in the quality of the food, which features hummus with olive oil and tapenade, beef and lamb polpetti, a generous house salad with artichokes and feta cheese, souvlaki skewers and seabass steamed in parchment paper.
