This Italian dressing puts Olive Garden to shame! One of the best ways to incorporate more vegetables into your diet is with salads. However, most people use bottled dressing from the store which is actually very unhealthy due to the cheap, processed oils and preservatives found even in the “good” brands. Join Eric from Simply Elegant Home Cooking as he demonstrates a delicious recipe for homemade Italian salad dressing.
The key to this dish is in the quality of the ingredients! It is important to buy a high quality extra virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar that are both imported from Italy. In addition to the oil and vinegar, an assortment of dried Italian herbs and cheese will give your dressing an authentic zesty Italian flavor that you will never replicate in a store bought dressing!
