Roasted Garbanzo Beans Italiano
1 – 15 ounce can of Garbanzo Beans, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup of your favorite oil-free Italian Dressing ( I use the 7 Herb Italian from California Balsamic)*
Stir the vinegar into the drained beans to coat well. Air fry on a nonstick silicone baking mat for 20 minutes at 400 degrees or in an oven for about 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool.
Store in an airtight container. Use on soups or salads or as a snack.
