A slow afternoon spent making traditional friulian maneghi.
This is my first time attempting this traditional recipe of my land. I rarely heard of that and I found the recipe in an old cooking book.
I love the result: really similar to gnocchi (which I use to make often), but the shaping process is quicker and the traditional seasoning with cinnamon and smocked ricotta is absolutely to try.
