INGREDIENTS
220g flour
140g cold butter
90g powdered sugar
1 egg
A pinch of salt
Vanilla or other flavourings
Dark chocolate to taste

Mix with flour, cold butter and a pinch of salt until you get a sand like texture. Add the flavourings, the powered sugar and the egg and mix until you get a smooth paste. Put dough in the fridge for about an hour. Roll it out and with an heart-shape cookies cutter form the face of your bunnies, then cut out the ears. Attached all the pieces with some water than bake at 355°F (180°C) for about 15 minutes. Once the cookies are cold decorate with melted chocolate.
