Kendele Sieve, co-owner of Noto Italian Restaurant, grew up working with her father, Jasper Noto, at his bakery in St. Peters, Mo. When Jasper retired Sieve and her husband, Wayne, decided to move into the space after operating a mobile pizza trailer for several years.
The space looks different from when the bakery occupied it, but the couple tries to continue the family legacy passed down from Jasper, who dines at the restaurant almost every night with his wife.
