An amazing spring recipe you can prepare for your Easter meal!
INGREDIENTS
5 medium peppers
300 g of bread
2 cloves of garlic
1 sprig of parsley
150 g of pitted olives
1 tbsp of desalted capers
Salt, pepper, oil to taste
30ml white wine vinegar (optional)
Wash and clean the peppers, cut them into strips and put them in one size. Chop the bread, garlic and parsley, and mix all the ingredients. Bake in a preheated conventional oven at 355°F (180°C) for just over 1 hour.
If you like them slightly acidic, add some vinegar 10 mins before taking the peppers out of the oven.
