Ingredients:
Asparagus 18 pcs
Soft cheese 1,8 oz
DRY Coppa 12 slices
Olive oil 2 tbsp

Cooking:
1. Wash the asparagus well, cut off the bottom edge of the stalks
2. Peel the bottom of the stalks
3. Put the asparagus in a bowl with a wide bottom, add salt
4. Add boiling water
5. Cook the asparagus for about 5-7 minutes. Put the asparagus on a plate to chill
6. Squeeze juice from half a lemon
7. Remove bones from juice
8. Add olive oil
9. Add salt
10. Add black ground pepper and mix
11. On two slices of DRY Coppa put some soft cheese
12. Put 3 stalks of asparagus
13. Add lemon sauce
14. Wrap the asparagus
15. Tie around with a sprig of parsley
