Believe it or not, weโre stuffing garlic bread with a sweetened cream cheese filling, and it totally works. This version is not nearly as sweet as the original, since I replaced a lot of the sugar with the savory sweetness of green onions, but still ended up with one of the most delicious garlic breads Iโve ever had.
