This video is a collaboration that was started by The Dudes Kitchen and Grill. #newbeersday is about the end of the prohibition era in 1933. It’s a coming together to celebrate this milestone in American history!! I decided to do a cook using a Cabernet Sauvignon to celebrate #newbeersday. (I know, it’s not beer but it is alcohol!!) I’m cooking a delicious mult-colored pasta with Lovera’s meatballs and a red wine reduced pasta sauce.
Lovera’s is a grocery store in Krebs, Oklahoma that is all about Italian imports, cheese, Italian sausage, meatballs…Oh…did I mention CHEESE!! They make the most delicious cheeses right here in Southeast Oklahoma!! Please visit their website and give their products a try!!
