Food Ensemble is an immersive live performance based on the sound of food. “Imagine a chef cooking in front of your eyes, the smells start to spread in the air and you hear the sound of cooking, the sound of every ingredient in the hands of the cook. Slowly the layers of sound turn into rhythm and on top of it you can now hear a melody. And when you’re listening to the composition, you can finally taste the dish that generated it.
Our NFT collection contains five pieces of art. Each item is born from the original recipes. They’re inspired and build on the recipes. We do not own the carbonara. Carbonara is for everyone.“
