If there is a combination that never disappoints is blueberries + lemon. so I thought to prepare these Blueberry and Lemon Cream Cheese Rolls. The peculiarity of this brioche is that it’s two-tone, thanks to the blueberries, which added directly to the dough give it this beautiful pastel color! Perfect for spring, right? Once cooked it can be stored for about 4-5 days in a closed container, so it will remain soft; and if heated it will be soft and fragrant as freshly baked.

INGREDIENTS
BRIOCHE:
450 gr flour (half 00 and half 0)
60 gr sugar
60 g butter
250 ml warm milk
2 eggs
6 gr yeast
200 gr blueberries
Lemon
Vanilla

FOR THE FILLING
250 gr spreadable cheese
80 gr icing sugar
Lemon rind
Blueberry puree
Powdered sugar for dusting
