Hey ya’ll let’s make fried catfish and spaghetti and meatballs! This is a classic fish Friday in the South, but we also do it with hushpuppies and fries. Let’s cook homies!

Spaghetti:
2 jar spaghetti sauce
1/3 lb ground turkey
1/3 ib ground Italian sausage
3 cloves garlic
1 onion minced
1 tbsp beef bouillon
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp rosemary
1/4 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp roasted Garlic and Herb
1/2 tsp complete seasoning
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup dry red wine

* Adjust seasoning based on the type of spaghetti sauce you buy and what flavor it is. Always season to taste friends!

Meat balls
3/4 lb ground sausage
3/4 lb ground turkey
1 eggs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp beef bouillon
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp complete seasoning
1/4 roasted garlic seasoning
1/3 cup bread crumbs

16 oz spaghetti noodles

Catfish:
1 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp salt free cajun seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder

2 catfish filets

Wet Batter :
3 eggs
1 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp hot sauce
