RECIPE
italian meatballs & sauce
12 oz vegan ground meat
1 tbsp olive oil
3/4 cup breaccrumbs
1/4 cup onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp salt

32 oz tomato sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 onion, finely diced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp italian seasoning
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 1/2 tbsp red wine

1. preheat oven to 450 degrees F
2. mix all meatball ingredients in a bowl, then roll into 2-3 in. balls and pace on covered baking tray. place tray in oven for 15-20 min.
3. in a pan over med. heat, cook garlic and onion in olive oil until softened. reduce to a simmer and add rest of sauce ingredients
4. allow to simmer for 5 min. once meatballs are cooked mix in with sauce and serve

asian meatballs & sauce
12 oz vegan ground meat
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 green onion
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce

1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1/8 cup soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp ginger, minced
1 tbsp water
1 tsp sesame oil
green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

1. preheat oven to 450 degrees F
2. mix all meatball ingredients in a bowl, then roll into 2-3 in. balls and pace on covered baking tray. place tray in oven for 15-20 min.
3. in a pan over med. heat, cook garlic and ginger until softened. reduce to a simmer and add rest of sauce ingredients
4. once meatballs are cooked mix in with sauce and serve

swedish meatballs & gravy
12 oz vegan ground meat
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup red onion, finely diced
1/2 tsp black pepper
3/4 tsp salt
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup breadcrumbs

3 tbsps vegan butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cups vegetable broth
1 1/2 cup vegan milk
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste

1. preheat oven to 450 degrees F
2. mix all meatball ingredients in a bowl, then roll into 2-3 in. balls and pace on covered baking tray. place tray in oven for 15-20 min.
3. in a pan over med. heat, melt vegan butter. add flour to pan and whisk vigorously until the flour is fully in corporate with butter with no lumps, forming a roux. cook for 2 min. to remove flour taste
4. mix in vegetable broth and vegan milk, whisk until fully incorporated
5. add in garlic powder, soy sauce, mustard, pepper, and salt. mix
6. once meatballs are cooked mix in with sauce and serve
