Artichokes are available in the market and we could not resist to make a dish from them, while we wait for our own artichokes from the garden.
In this video I baking sliced artichokes with filet of sea bream wrapped in a foil parcel accompanied with potatoes cooked in one tray in the oven.
Its an easy dish to prepare and very delicious.
