The team at Lark Distilling Co. has partnered with South Australian, Fugazzi Bar & Dining Room who have created a special cocktail, the Chinotto Cask Manhattan.
How to make a Chinotto Cask Manhattan:
Step 1: 15ml Sweet Vermouth
Step 2: 15ml Dry Vermouth
Step 3: 3 dashes of bitters
Step 4: 60ml Lark Chinotto Cask
Step 5: Stir down with ice
Step 6: Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Step 7: Flame Orange for garnish
