Ingredients:
-1/2 Cup Coriander Leaves
-1/2 Cup Basil
-4-5 Green Chillies
-7-8 Garlic Cloves
-8-10 Walnuts
-2 Tbsp Oil
-2 Tbsp Cheese
-1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
-Salt as required
-Green Colour
Mix all the above ingredients in a blender and make Pesto Sauce
For stuffing:
-2 Capsicum
-50 gms Paneer
-1 Pcs. Onion
-1/2 Cup Corn
-Mozzarella Cheese
-Processed Cheese
-1 Tsp Garam Masala
-Salt as required
-Cheese Spread
-Panini Bread
Mix all of these ingredients in a bowl
Method:
-Spread some butter on bread.
-Now apply pesto paste on it and stuff it with prepared stuffing.
-Grate some cheese on it
-Grill the sandwich and serve hot
