Hello everyone, today i’m sharing a quick and easy delicious Italian Pasta Salad. Enjoy 😊
Here are the ingredients⬇️⬇️⬇️
– 1 cup / 250 g mini penne pasta
– 1 cup cherry tomatoes (sliced in 4)
– 1 cup mini mozzarella cheese balls (cut in half)
– 1/2 cup black olives (sliced)
– 2/3 cup arugula / rocket plant
– 1/4 red onion (chopped finely)
– 1/3 cup parsley (chopped finely)
Vinaigrette/ salad dressing:
– 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
– 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
– 1/2 tsp dry parsley
– 1/2 tsp dry basil
– 1/2 tsp dry oregano
– 1 tbsp honey
– 1/4 cup parmasean cheese
– 1 garlic clove (squeezed or grated)
