@IlCieloSG at level 24 of @vocoOrchardSG has reopened late February with a different Italian concept. Chef Marco Fregnan comes from Publico and dishes out comfort Italian food for sharing offering an unstuffy, casual and cosy rooftop dining experience. It is no longer semi fine dining here.
