Spicy Shrimp Scampi!

Ingredients

– 1 Lb Jumbo Shrimp
– 1 Lb Pasta (1 Pasta Box)
– 1 Lemon
– Handful of Italian Parsley (Not Curly)
– 1/2 cup of white wine (Optional)
– 8-9 Cloves of garlic
– 4-5 Tbsp of unsalted butter.
– Extra salt to bring the flavor together.

Shrimp Seasonings (Adjust to taste)

– 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
– 1 Tsp Salt
– 1 Tsp Paprika
– 1 Tsp Cayne Pepper
– 1 1/2 Tsp Cracked Black Pepper
– 1-2 tsp chili flakes
– 2 Tsp of Lemon Juice

Directions

1. Start by mincing garlic and chopping parsley very finely.

2. Cook the pasta to Al-Dante (General Rule: always boil 2 minutes less than the direction) on the box) The pasta will cook with the residual heat from the pan and the sauce.

3. Heat a pan to medium-low, toss in 2 TBSP of butter and some olive oil. When the butter is melted add in the garlic and sauté until it gets slightly golden. Layers in the shrimp and cook for 1 minute or less on each side (depending on the size of your shrimp).

4. Add 2 Tbsp of butter to the pan, Pour in 1/2 cup of white wine and stir till the alcohol evaporates. Squeeze in the rest of the Lemon Juice. Add 2-3 Tsp of salt (Adjust to liking)

5. Add the pasta and coat it in the sauce. Add in the shrimp and parsley and toss to bring everything together.

6. Serve with extra lemon and Enjoy!
