Hi everyone in this video we are making two delicious casseroles, one chicken burritos and two meatballs casserole. Plus a meatball sandwich. A local farm donated beef recently, and we scored some It was incredible. Little Valley Farms.
Chicken Burritos Casserole
2 1/2 Cups Chicken
Diced Tomatoes 15 oz
Cream of Chicken Soup 10 oz
Mixed Vegetables 10oz
1 Hunts 24 oz
3 teaspoons of Garlic
3 Teaspoons Black Pepper
2 Teaspoons Onion Soup Mix
pre heated oven 350 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted.
Meatballs
3 Eggs
2 Teaspoons Pepper
2 Teaspoons of Garlic
2 Teaspoons of Pepper
1 Cup of Panko
1 Tablespoons of Ketchup
2lbs Ground Beef
roll meat into balls in dish add well of sauce fill with meatballs, add peas and carrots more sauce top with cheese cover poke with fork bake 25 minutes uncover cook another 10.
Bake extra meatballs with castleton on bottom rack.
