Welcome to the “Bronze Medal Plates: Tuscany Edition!” This is my version of the old Gold Medal Plates travel adventures that included great food, wine and amazing Canadian musicians! I am planning the same kind of trip, but without the musicians.
Episode 1 is the introduction to our plan to visit Tuscany in the Spring of 2023. We plan to put out at least one episode a month in the lead up to this Italian Adventure.
In this Episode I talk about the purpose of the trip, how I was inspired to create it, and then we talk about the wines of Chianti and do a taste test.
