How to Make Italian Mushroom Risotto (so CREAMY)
RECIPE:
300 g rice (arborio, carnaroli or vialone nano) – 1 cup + 1/2 cup
400 g mushrooms – 14.10 oz
1.5 l water (6 cups + 1/4 cup)
1 small onion
40 g butter (3 tbsps)
30 g parmesan cheese (3 tbsps)
80 ml white wine or broth (1/3 cup)
salt
parsley
* For a VEGAN option, omit the parmesan cheese and use 30 g of olive oil instead of the butter.
