In this week’s episode of Urban Hospitality, our Italian guest, Pietro attempts to teach me how to whip up a favorite Italian dish, which I cannot pronounce or spell! lol In the end, I was more of his assistant than his student! lol
As host, we strive to create a home like environment for our guest aboard where they feel comfortable sharing with us their customs and traditions and we can’t think of a better way to do that than sitting down to a delicious dinner together!

3.)1 White Onion
4.) 1 Bushel of Parsley
5.) 1 Garlic
6.)1 Box of Pasta
