Tinolang Manok has many variations; the most common one is the combination of green papaya, and chili leaves, but my version is a bit different and in my humble opinion I think it tastes better. My version is only a Horseradish Leaves (dahon ng malunggay).
Here where I live once in a while we can buy fresh malunggay in pinoy store. But instead of chicken, I used a rooster meat. It taste like a chicken tinola too. Here, we used the soup for cooking tortellini in brodo or some Italian ravioli. It taste super and hope you try this pinoy recipe my own version style.
