I shot this video and Lucca, Italy and had the opportunity to tour a three unit Airbnb style turnkey investment property. I’ll be talking about the various pitfalls and issues with investing in a foreign country. Lucca is a great town and you should visit it if you ever get a chance to go to Italy. It’s much calmer than the more well-known cities like Rome and Florence, but still has an abundance of art, great food and wine!
