Ingredients:
12-14 Ounces fresh strawberries rinsed and sliced
1 Cup powdered sugar aka confectioners’ sugar
1 lemon will use both zest and juice
1/2 Cup sweet red wine can use sweet white wine
12 Italian style ladyfingers
2 Tablespoon dark rum
1 Cup heavy whipping cream
