Recipe: Hot Pizza Dip
8 oz cream cheese softened
1 tsp Italian dressing (dry seasoning from packet)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 pizza sauce (any from jar is fine and I usually add a bit more)
1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
1/2 cup finely chopped red pepper
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Spread bottom of 9 inch pie plate (greased). Combine both cheeses together in bowl, then sprinkle half over the cream cheese layer. Top with pizza sauce, then peppers. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake 350 for 25 min. Serve w/tortilla chips, bread sticks, or crackers.
