With the newly opened Green Oasis at CapitaSpring, comes a Latin-European Bistro sitting on the 17th floor of the building with breathtaking views!
Sol & Luna is one of those restaurants that you have to visit if you enjoy dining while being awed by the beautiful Singapore CBD skyline. They serve daily breakfast with a few croissant and baguette options while having a more curated weekend brunch menu. Expect a lot more variety of Latin and European cuisines for their lunch and dinner menus too!
Decided to try their weekend brunch and ordered the Italian Shakshuka ‘Puttanesca’, Toasted Brioche and a glass of iced latte. The Shakshuka was very rich in tomato flavour which paired well with the slightly over toasted sourdough bread. The smooth pistachio gelato, combined the hardened lemon candy slices and crunchy brioche formed quite an interesting texture of flavours. Would have been perfect if the brioche was toasted less to bring out more of the fluffy texture of the bread.
Do request for the alfresco dining area if you want to enjoy the nice outdoor breeze and admire the scenery overlooking the civic district. If not, the more intimate indoor setting is ideal for a romantic date too!
