Over 500 people gathered at the Grand Ballroom of Grand Hyatt Hong Kong for the Annual Italian Chamber of Commerce Gala Dinner, on November 1st.
The theme of this year was sustainability because, as an organization, we have embarked on a transformation journey aiming at making each and every aspect of our activities respectful of the environment.
Guests were treated to a sumptuous five-course Italian dinner by the Michelin-starred master of Italian cooking Igles Corelli and the top player in the cuisine world Ljubica Komlenic.
