Today’s is video is Cooking Journey: 3 we are making white wine mixed mushrooms stew, inspired by Italian cuisine.
***Please don’t mix between inspiration and traditional or cultural dish****
****The main reason for this “COOKING JOURNY” is to create and cook something delicious from any Ingredients you have in your fridge and pantry***** Therefore, please do not be stressful if you can’t provide any ingredients in the video🤗😁👌❤️
Ingredients:
500g mixed mushrooms shiitake mushrooms,
@enoki (make sure you cut them smaller than the ones in the video unless you are fine with the size that in shown in the video)
@cremini
@king oyster mushroom
@black Agaric or black fungus
1 large Spanish onion diced
4 minced garlic cloves or finely chopped
70g butter
1 Tbsp olive oil
3 medium tomatoes diced
2 Tbsp or more white wine (deepens on how much you like to put in your stew. You don’t have to add wine if you don’t want you can add any type of stock or simply just add water)
salt and pepper to taste
about 10g dried rosemary, dried oregano and mixed herbs (that could be any herbs you have at home)
1 cup of tap water
Grated Bega Strong & Bitey Vintage Cheese for garnish or any type of grana cheese (that is hard).
Grana means:
Grana is a type of hard, mature cheese from Italy with a granular texture, often used for grating. Grana cheeses are typically made in the form of large wheels.
@@@@ Basically, it means hard, mature and crumbly cheese.
***Note that your cheese it doesn’t have to come from Italy. I didn’t use cheese from Italy I just used a hard typed cheese.
Why is it called Grana Padano?
The name comes from the Italian word grana, a reference to the characteristically grainy texture, and the demonym padano, meaning “from Val Padana” (the Po valley).

What is ASMR?
ASMR is a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound and my ASMR is via food sounds.
How ASMR become popular:
The term “ASMR” is nonclinical, coined in 2010 by a woman named Jennifer Allen who started an ASMR Facebook group and later became part of a team — along with Richard — that collected and analysed anecdotal information about the sensation and now ASMR become one of the popular trends since 2013.
