About our Presenter:
Passion moves the world and other stars. And it is precisely the passion that over the years has led Chef Attilio Borra to dedicate himself with dedication and professionalism to the world of food. The first steps in the family kitchen and the many experiences around the world have built that huge background from which Chef Attilio drew the necessary knowledge to create his own format with the aim of telling and promoting the good food made in Italy.
Through his cooking courses he touches different topics such as the choice of ingredients, the proper cooking techniques, and how to plate food for a stunning effect.
For the personal chef experience he guides his client to choose the right menu for each occasion and manages every step of the event to make sure the food and service are impeccable.
Chef Attilio is also a great traveler and he likes to play golf, so he decided to organize guided tours that combine these two passions of his. The tours includes visits to dairies, cure meat factories, oil mills, wheat mills, rice paddies, pasta factories, balsamic vinegar factories, vineyards and wineries, and between a bite and a sip, a swing in an exclusive golf course.
