Red wines of Valpolicella are produced in the Northern part of Italy- Veneto region.
This region is divided by three subregions called: Valpolicella, Valpantena and Classico. The main grape varieties are: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara, Oseleta and Dindarella.
My favourite Valpolicella wine producers are: Giuseppe Quintarelli, Paolo Cottini, Tedeschi, Zenato, Allegrini, Masi, Domini Veneti and Speri.
