Cheesy pan grilled stuff mushroom with bell peppers and cream

Ingredients:
• 10 button mushroom (stalks removed)
• 1/3 cup finely chopped mushroom stalks
• ½ tsp finely chopped garlic
• 2 tsp parmesan cheese
• 3 tbsp finely chopped onion
• 3 tbsp finely chopped bell peppers
• 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tbsp butter
• ½ tsp mixed dry herbs
• 2 tsp cream cheese
• Salt and black pepper as per taste

Method:
• Take a pan, heat half of the olive oil and sauté garlic. Add onion and sauté well.
• Add mushroom stems and bell peppers. Mix well.
• Add salt, black pepper and mixed dry herbs. Give it a good stir.
• Switch off the heat and add cream cheese. Mix well.
• Add half of the parmesan cheese and stir it in. Keep aside and let this mixture cool down.
• Stuff the mushrooms with this mixture and keep aside.
•Now, take a nonstick pan, heat remaining olive oil and half of the butter.
• Add mushroom and pan grill it for 4 minutes, cover it with a lid while cooking.
• Add remaining butter and let it get a golden brown colour.
• Add parmesan cheese on top of the stuffed mushroom.
• Remove gently from the pan one by one, garnish with parsley and serve hot.
