Learn how to make authentic Roman-style pasta, fried seasonal specialties, and grandmas’ dessert, from scratch, in a cozy restaurant in the Jewish section of Rome’s center, with one of our cooking classes. This is a hands-on class, but if you’d just like to be a spectator you can relax, watching her work, while working on your own glass of wine. You’ll learn to make homemade pasta from scratch, clean and prepare seasonal vegetables to fry, and create a simple and tasty dessert that all Roman grandmas used to cook for local kids. As you do so, you’ll learn the history and legends of the Jewish quarter, and its unique foods.
