5StarWines – the Book is the wine selection organized by Veronafiere, event now in its sixth edition. 5StarWines & Wine Without Walls is a three-day blind tasting that puts a spotlight on all the wineries investing in the improvement of their wines. A jury of highly qualified wine professionals from around the world will taste and rate the participating wines. The 2021 edition of 5StarWines & Wine Without Walls saw the participation of over 2,000 samples. Of these, 510 were selected and included in the 5StarWines – the Book guide.
